This slide shows project communication as a ring of four interlocking puzzle pieces around a central circle, with a strong/minor legend for the arrows. The pieces are Client, Steering Committee, Sponsor and Export. The center holds Project Manager and Project Employee, joined to each piece by dotted two-way arrows in two colors. A bulleted list in each corner states what that party exchanges, such as assignments, approvals or strategic information. Use it in project planning to define who talks to whom and about what. Titles, labels, list items, arrow styles and segment colors can all be edited, and the pieces can be renamed for other stakeholder groups.
