This slide shows crisis management as a split circle: an orange crisis half and a purple pre-crisis half, each marked with a bracket label. Four inner quadrants hold the core areas, and twelve outer segments, three per quadrant, hold the related activities. A title and a text block on the right leave room for a definition or summary. Use it to explain crisis prevention, preparedness, incident handling and post-crisis recovery, or to present a business continuity or risk management framework.
