Scrum 5 Values Pyramid Focus Openness Commitment Courage Respect

About this template

This slide shows the five Scrum values as a coloured five-level pyramid, with a short description beside each level and an intro text block on the left. Level labels run from Focus at the top to Respect at the base. Each description is separated by a dotted line. Use it to introduce Scrum and Sprint concepts, onboard new team members, or run agile culture workshops. The title, intro paragraph, level labels and descriptions can all be edited, and the level colours can be changed to match your brand.
