This slide combines a four-quadrant matrix with a central circular cycle, so a team coaching model can be read both as four areas and as one continuing loop. The quadrants cover Clarifying, Commissioning, Co-creating and Connecting, each with a short description. Pills on the edges label the axes Task, Process, Inside and Outside. The centre lists five cycle words: Co-ordinating, Consolidating, Reflecting, Learning and Integrating. A title and an explanatory paragraph on coaching sit on the right. Use it for leadership development sessions, team charter workshops and coaching programmes. All text, colours and shapes can be edited.
