Supply Chain and Operations Management Disciplines Diagram

About this template

This slide pairs a house-shaped diagram with a four-segment donut ring, so one slide shows both the components and the contributing disciplines of supply chain and operations management (SCOM). The house has a roof, two side pillars, a middle bar and two base bars around a central label. The ring has four coloured segments around a SCOM centre. A title and a definition paragraph on supply chain management sit on the right. Use it for course introductions, logistics and operations briefings, or supply chain overviews. All text, colours and shapes can be edited, so the labels can be replaced with your own areas or departments.
