This slide lays out a supply chain as four numbered stages, with the middle stage divided into three columns. The stages are Supplier's Supplier, Supplier, Internal Supply Chain and Customer, linked by grey arrows. The Internal Supply Chain block holds Procurement, Production and Sales columns. Use it to map how goods and information move from upstream suppliers to the end customer, to explain responsibilities at each step, or to present an SCM overview in operations and logistics meetings.
