Template of the Company's Digital Roadmap for 5 Years

About this template

This roadmap slide shows five years as five columns that grow taller from left to right, so the plan reads as a staircase. Each column holds a stage title and a text block for goals or deliverables. Under each column sit a year label and four colour-coded quarter tags, Q1 to Q4. Dotted lines divide the stages. Use it for digital transformation plans, IT strategy, product development phases or any multi-year programme that needs a quarterly breakdown. All text can be edited, and the stage blocks and quarter tags can be duplicated, deleted or reformatted.
