The CLEAR Coaching Model

This slide lays out the CLEAR coaching model as five colour-coded columns, each topped by a round letter tab and joined by faded arrows that show the order. The stages are Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Action and Review, and each has a text card beneath its header. Use it to explain a coaching session structure, train new coaches, or present a five-step acronym process. The title, letters, stage names and descriptions are all editable text. The column colours and shapes can also be changed to match your own brand or to fit a different five-stage framework.
