The GENIUS Coaching Model

About this template

This slide lays out a six-stage coaching model as a row of colored hexagon cards, each with its own icon, heading and short description. A title and an intro paragraph on coaching sit above the row. The stages are Goal, Energy, Nurture, Inhibitors, Utopia and Steps. Use it to explain a coaching framework, structure a coaching session, or train managers and team leaders. Text, colors and icons are editable, so the stage names and descriptions can be changed to fit another six-part process.
