This slide puts the GROW and PLOW coaching models in one diagram. Six lettered circles (G, R, O, W, L, P) sit on a V-shaped layout and are joined by gradient arrows. The shared Options and Will steps appear once, so the two models read as one flow. Each circle has a text block: Goal, Reality, Options, Will, Problem and Learn. Use it in coaching sessions, leadership training and problem-solving workshops to explain how each model moves from goal or problem to action. All text, circle colours and arrows can be edited.
