The HCO Coaching Model

This slide presents a coaching model as three linked stages, Help, Challenge and Outcome, placed in a row under a short text block that defines coaching. Each stage has a coloured label and a dotted outline, and arrows show the direction from one stage to the next. Each stage holds a letter-by-letter acronym list: four lines for Help, eight for Challenge and seven for Outcome. It suits coaching training, leadership and manager development, mentoring programmes and HR workshops. The title, intro paragraph, stage labels and acronym lines are all editable text, so you can rewrite the model to match your own coaching method.
