The OSKAR Coaching Model

This slide presents the OSKAR coaching model as five stacked rows, each pairing a lettered tile with a colored chevron and a description box, instead of a single circular or linear diagram. The stages are Outcome, Situation, Choices, Actions and Review, and each has a short line explaining what happens in it. A title and a paragraph defining coaching sit to the right of the rows. It is used for coaching training, manager development, HR workshops and any session where a five-step acronym framework needs explaining. All text, colors and shapes can be edited.
