V-Model SDLC with Testing Plans

This slide lays out the V-model as a V-shaped diagram, with each design stage on the left linked to its test level on the right by a labelled test plan. Four pairs run from user requirement and acceptance testing at the top down to detailed design and unit testing, with coding at the bottom point. Left and right brackets are labelled Verification and Validation. Colour groups mark each pair, and dotted arrows carry the plan names. Use it to explain software development stages, testing strategy and QA responsibilities in project briefings, training or documentation. All text boxes, colours and labels can be edited to match your own process.
